 Good Morning Tim,

Chris is in N.Y. for 2 weeks for school. He left 3 days after the cruise. We had a wonderful, fun, time. Everything was great. My birthday hour in the cleopatra lounge turned out really good. We stayed in a little more than an hour and they had music for us and chris bought drinks for all our friends for a toast and the carnival cruise people were very nice and there to do whatever. We had 10 first time cruisers and they enjoyed it and said they would never go without a group. We will be contacting you again because we're trying to make this a yearly thing. I will pass your name along. You are a great cruise planner with a lot of patience and we appreciate everything you did and went through with this crew we had. We are home!!! We had a wonderful time and have lots to tell. I’ve had you on my list all week to email and just haven’t had a minute to do so. Alaska was so beautiful and all the cities were fun and the ship was great also. We met some of the most wonderful people!!! We met a couple from Australia that we got to know and they have invited us to visit!! How cool is that!! We are looking forward to our next cruise and will get together with you again. We are thinking of maybe doing a riverboat cruise, just a thought but it may be fun too. Thanks again for all you did and for the step by step help. We will definantly use you again!!

Tim let me 1st start by saying for the last 20 years my family & I have been taking a family vacation every year using various travel agency and or travel agents. Our favorite agency used to be Dash Travel agency located in Mt. Vernon, N.Y. After relocating to North Carolina I knew we had a challenge in front of us of locating a travel agent we can trust & not just looking to take our money. Thru a 3rd party lord and behold I was introduced to Cruise Planners! What a dream that came true! Since our first cruise thru cruise planners in 2003 I wouldn’t consider any other travel agent to fulfill my dream vacations. Your commitment, dedication, loyalty, understanding and patience are what keep me coming back year after year. Your staff should be delightful to work with such a man with great character, integrity, and honesty; you always work above and beyond your call of duty, keeping up on any changes in prices that would be in our favor, making sure the group receive special on board amenities, looking to get upgrades on cabins for the entire group, this is an example of a great agent making sure his clients receive the best for their money. Thank you for helping us choose the right cruises to see the perfect Caribbean islands. I couldn’t imagine using any other travel agent! Carnival Valor was the first cruise ship my husband and I were ever on.  Our

experience on the cruise was one we will never forget. Our travel agent
Tim was wonderful whenever I had a question he was there to answer, he
sent out information concerning our cruise on a regular basis. He kept
us update about everything. I have actually referred him to a couple of
people. We really enjoyed our cruise and we were really impressed with
Tim and Cruise Planners.

Good to be home. We had a great cruise, but Nan came home sick with pneumonia.  Eastern European countries are just a step above third world. Communism just sucked the life out of them. It was praticularly noticeable to those on the trip who had started at Amsterdam, or who had traveled in northern/central Europe.  Uniworld does a great job, and is worth the extra cost. They really takegood care of the passengers.  The meals were fantastic with a buffet breakfast and lunch followed by a five to seven course European style dinner.  I would upgrade one deck only. All the cabins are the same size except for the four suites. Folks on the first deck complained about a lot of water noise - significant as much of the cruising is done at night. Those in the high rent rooms had to put up with everyone trooping by their rooms on the way to the diining room three times a day. Those of us on the two middledecks had the best deal. We had noon meals with a Hungarian and a Serbian family - very enjoyable. Wish we had known so we could have brought a small hostess gift.  Dollars handle everything except in Romania. There they want you to change money.  The Intercontinental Hotel in Bucharest is first class, and they were happy to quote Euros an take a credit card for payment. In fact, just bout everywhere we went - from shops to street side bars would take a credcit card.  Tipping during the crusie for guides and drivers was in dollars or euros in all countries. Most passengers used travelers checks for the crew and cruise director tips. Uniworld requires that all crew tips be shared equally between all crew members from Captain down to the lowest deck hand. The cruise director gets a separate pool of money.

Hello, Tim,
Marlene and I had a most enjoyable trip to Alaska. All accomadations were very comfortable. We enjoyed all the side trips and getting to see so much in a short period of time . I was very impressed with princess and seeing how every part of our travels was a part of princess.... did not know that the covered every aspect of our trip. My only negative was the trip home ... having to go to toronto , go through customs there and a long wait for smaller plane to Atlanta.. Thank you for all your help in planning our trip plus answering our many questions. I will certainly be happy to refer friends to you if they have travel in mind.

Our cruise experience was awesome!   Having cruised before, but not for 7 full days, we weren't sure what to expect, but it turned out to be the best vacation experience.  There was so much to do on the cruise that we had a wonderful time & will definitely cruise again and book the cruise with Tim at Cruise Planners.  Tim, was very helpful & informative during the process which made it so much easier & I'm going to book any future cruises, vacations with Tim @ Cruise Planners.  I have told my family, friends & coworkers about Cruise Planners for there vacation needs as well.  Also, the champagne & strawberries were very much appreciated..  Thank you so much!

Hi Tim,

I wanted to get in touch again and thank you for all your help with our cruise.  We very much enjoyed it, and having good weather didn't hurt a bit !  One of the highlights was a spectacular day in Glacier Bay, and another was a beautiful trip down the Inside Passage on our return.  We spent a lot of time in the Crow's Nest just watching the scenery and marvelling at it.  We also saw some orcas there.  Another highlight was seeing a bear just walking along beside the road in Yukon.  He was quite unconcerned and did not give us even a glance.
